Phil is also the author of the Westchester Real Estate Blog and the New York Short Sale Blog. He lives in Briarcliff Manor, NY with his wife Ann and their 4 children. Ann is co-owner of the firm, a graduate of Stuyvesant HS & Columbia University, and holds an MBA in Finance.

I came to the Hudson Valley from New York City, as a weekender and to ride horses.  I liked the region so much, I stayed and raised my son here.  While in NYC, I did years of sales, marketing, and contract negotiation, skills that I have brought to real estate.

Thomas joined the J Philip Real Estate team in 2010 as a licensed salesperson. He started out in real estate in 2006 by investing in rental properties and rehab projects. Before real estate, he started his own landscaping business at the age of 14 which he ran while attending high school and college full-time. Thomas strives to provide customer satisfaction. Through his knowledge, hard work and energy he will work to meet his clients' needs.

Thomas has a degree from Marist College and currently resides in Pleasantville, NY with his wife and young son.
