Port Chester has a lot to offer in terms of a diverse housing market, destination place for exotic and different restaurants, and shopping in the large complex bordering the Byram River which includes the multi-plex Loews Theater, Bed Bath and Beyond, Costco, DSW, Marshalls among others! Another attraction is The Capital Theater! I’ve lived in Westchester for 19 years and had not heard of it until showing condos right down the street at 342 Westchester Avenue!Check out their list of talent coming up soon, including Willie Nelson on September 18th, Herby Hancock on 10/05 and even Alice Cooper on 10/13. If you work for a Stamford based company that also has an office in New York City, your commute to Stamford on Metro North is only 16 minutes during rush hour, but is about 45-50 minutes to NYC Grand Central. Being on The New Haven Line you can stop off in all of the towns down to New York including Mamaroneck, Larchmont, New Rochelle and Pelham. You are also only 4 minutes on the Metro North to Greenwich! There are plenty of condos and coops along Westchester Avenue that are walking distance to the train station, numerous restaurants and large shopping complex. One of the newer ones is Brookchester Court at 342 Westchester Ave. which was built in 2003. Many of the condo units have even been recently updated! I recently closed on an updated one bedroom condo for $205,000 that an investor bought. It is currently for rent for $1850/month. Includes A/C, Washer/Dryer in unit, and a indoor garaged parking space!
If interested, text/phone me at 914-523-5087 or email me at email@example.com. I am also happy to show you condos for sale in this building, or other properties in Port Chester ranging from houses, to condos to coops.
