More than 2,000 residential properties are CURRENTLY IN CONTRACT in Westchester and Putnam Counties according to OneKey MLS (today, 6/7/20).

More than 1,500 residential properties have closed since NYS Stay-at-Home order began on March 20th according to OneKey MLS. 

Now that real estate is opening in Phase 2, those numbers are sure to soar quickly.  Inventory is low right now.  The homes that are on the market are selling very quickly.
